We offer you cozy, bright and airy NO Smoking log cabin accommodations in Roberts Creek that will give you an experience of forest living close to a unique seaside community.
Private decks. Great for couples and families with children. (If you are looking for a place to party into the night this is not the place.) Well behaved dogs welcome. Internet Wifi at no additional charge. TV screen with DVD player and BluRay with family DVDs. Gardens feature herbs for cooking. Queen bed, sofa bed (double), twin air bed = accommodates a family of 5. Soak by candlelight in the large double Jacuzzi tub. Relax on the deck, BBQ provided. Room to set up volleyball/badminton net, play lawn “darts” or play with trucks in the dirt 🙂 Badminton set and some toys and board games provided. Room to park your RV w electric hook-up for an additional cost. If your dog gets along with other dogs they are welcome to be off leash (we have 3 dogs, 3 horses, 1 goat & penned free range chickens on adjoining property.)
Cook in the cabin or enjoy local restaurants. You have free access to this one acre property that the cabin is on which adjoins our 3 acre horse property. Access to our adjoining property only permitted with our supervision due to presence of the livestock. Kitchen has everything you need, IGA 3km away for shopping. Lots to do in the area. Family beach at Roberts Creek, quiet beach at Flume Rd with picnic tables, seaside sunset walk at Davis Bay all within 2 – 5 km. Retreat and relax or explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast with walking and riding trails right off the property or hiking trails on Dakota Ridge just above us or hike the Tetrahedron or Sunshine Coast Trail. Kayaking, paddle-boarding and water sports available at local beaches with lessons provided by local outdoor outfitters.
Our property adjoins this one so we are available to assist you settling in, providing info on things to do in the area, or whatever you might need. Towels, sheets, bedding provided. Washer/dryer in mud room for your convenience. Most things provided like all pots, pans, microwave, utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. You bring all your own food but we do provide basic cooking spices and olive oil. Local IGA has full range of foods including excellent selection of organic food. Our chickens will be happy to provide you with some eggs too!
The owners, Terri and Dwane, have 3 horses on their property. Terri is a Certified Equine Facilitated Therapist and can provide an experience in horse-assisted learning or therapy – check out the Listening Horse Ranch website for more info if you are interested in this. You are welcome to come pet our friendly horses under her supervision (for your safety) for the cost of a bale of hay ($25.) Horse-back riding available either here or elsewhere on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a NO SMOKING cabin and property for NON-SMOKERS ONLY. All sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. (Please do not use any oils – they don’t wash out.) You do your own kitchen and bathroom cleaning and laundry/bedding/towels as needed while you are there. Cleaning products provided along with laundry soap and dryer sheets. At the end of your stay just leave any dirty linens in the laundry room for us to take care of. Please leave the cabin neat and tidy and do up any dishes. We do the complete cleaning and sterilizing to prepare for the next guests when your stay is complete. So far we have not needed to ask for compensation for damage to property of any kind but if you break something please let us know and we might ask you to replace the item or compensate us for it. Depends on what it is. We don’t sweat the small stuff like a glass or a dish.

Great place for outdoorsy types! We also have 2 cinemas, theatre/Playhouse, jazz festivals, the Writer’s Festival, great local music, museums for local history and great restaurants and cafes. Skateboard parks in Gibsons and Sechelt, pools in Gibsons and Sechelt. Roberts Creek is situated 10 km from the Town of Gibsons and 10 km from the Town of Sechelt. We are less than 5 km from Wilson Creek where there is an IGA Grocery Store, excellent coffee shop, a video store, pharmacy, doctor’s office, sushi restaurant and wine making facility, as well as a Canadian Tire store (a large hardware, kitchen, camping, auto supply, etc store.) Bus stop 1 km down our road (Pell Road) to take you to either town or to the ferry to get to Vancouver if you prefer not to drive, although we do recommend having wheels.

Friday and Saturday $140./night Double Occupancy
No charge for children under 18
Book a full week and save $30. (Weekly rate is $900.)
Additional fees:
Flat Rate $30 per Additional Adult (18+)
Cleaning Fee of $40.
Flat Rate $30 per Dog
$200. Refundable Damage Deposit
Deposit: 50% of total cost due at time of booking, with remainder due 2 weeks prior to check-in date.
Refund: Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in. Only half the total cost of the booking will be refunded if you cancel 14 days or less prior to your check-in date.

If you prefer to use a credit card please book through our listing no. 724677 on the VRBO/HomeAway vacation rental site. You can also split your payments in two through the VRBO/HomeAway site.
Release of Liability: You will be required to sign a waiver releasing the property owners from all liability.
